TYPE OF OPERATION AND MINES
Underground in the mines of Nazareno, Prometida, Lucy Piso and Prosperidad.
EXPLOITATION METHOD Mechanized cut and fill stope mining.

Extraction of ore towards the shaft is carried out using low profile trucks and trolley locomotives,
Ore is hoisted to the surface up the Nazareno shaft,
24-ton Volvo dump trucks are used to transport ore from mine to plant.
TREATMENT METHOD
Final product: doré bars. Treatment capacity: 1,200 DST per day.
Crushed in three stages until reaching particle size of ½”.
Milling circuit uses 7’x12’ ALLIS CHAMBERS mills.
The pulp obtained is passed through a gravimetric circuit to produce high-grade gold concentrate.
70 ‘ x 16 ‘ thickener ; later sent to the carbon circuit in leach.
The thickener’s over-flow solution is sent to the Merrill Crowe circuit. The loaded carbon is transferred to the desorption -electrodeposition plant.
The electrolytic precipitation obtained is sent to the smelter to be converted into doré bars.
