TRAINING PROGRAM (BEP)

Buenaventura offers a professional development program for newly graduated engineers specializing in mining engineering, chemistry and metallurgy.
The program is aimed at perfecting their skills so as to produce highly qualified professionals with a global concept of the mining business and in addition, contribute by working as highly qualified technicians to ensure the continuation and furtherance of the mining industry. Moreover, all professionals graduating from the BEP course are given the opportunity of forming part of Buenaventura’s junior executive staff.
